7 Fruit wines... Make it yourself recipe ...!!!
Grape wine
Ingredients
1. Black grape - 2 kg.
2. Sugar - 2 kg.
3. Water (boiled then cooled) - 6 ltr.
4. Yeast - 2 small teaspoons
5. wheat - 250 gram.
6. white porsion of egg - 1 egg.
Let's Make it..
- Wash the grape
- Mix the crushed grapes and remaining ingredients. keep the mixture in a closed glass container.
- Stirr in odd days
- Filter the liquid after 22 days
- keep it for 1 week again & use
Pineapple Wine
Ingredients1. Pineapple - 2 kg.
2. Sugar - 2 kg.
3. Water - 6 bottles.(1 bottle = 750 ml.)
4. yeast - 1 small teaspoon.
5. Orange juice from - 3 oranges.
Let's Make it..
- Wash the pineapple, and chop it into very small pieces.
- mix it with Sugar & Water, and boil it.
- Add yeast before it cools.
- Add orange juice and stir.
- Pour the mix into a dry, closed glass container, for 21 days
- Filter it after 21 days, keep it for the next 3 weeks.
- Use chilled wine..!!
Water Apple Wine
Ingredients1. Water Apple - 2 kg.
2. Water (boiled then cooled) - 8 bottles (1 bottle = 750 ml.)
3. Sugar - 2 kg.
4. Yeast - 2 small teaspoons
- Wash the water apple and dry it. remove the seeds
- Add all the remaining ingredients and keep it in a closed glass container
- Stir the mix on odd days
- Filter it after 19 days
Beet route Wine
Ingredients1. Beetroute - 1 kg. (small cut pieces)
2. Water - 3 bottles (1 bottle = 750 ml.)
3. Sugar - 1 kg.
4. cloves - 6 nos.
5. Cinnamon - 2 big pieces
6. Lime juice - from 4 lemons
7. Yeast - 1 big teaspoon
- Boil the beet route with water
- Add the remaining ingredients when it comes into a small (5%) temperature.
- Keep in a closed glass container
- Filter it after 1 month, again keep it for 10 days before use.
Passion Fruit Wine
Ingredients1. Passion Fruit - 2 kg.
2. Sugar - 2 kg.
3. Water - 3 bottles (boiled then cooled) (1 bottle = 750 ml.)
4. Yeast - 1 small teaspoon
5. Egg - (white porsion) 1 egg
- Cut the passion fruit and take the pulp.
- Mix it with the remaining ingredients.
- Stir it, and keep it in a closed glass container for 21 days
- Filter it and keep it again for 1 week.
- Wine will be seperated from the mixture naturally.
- Keep it in bottles.
Apple Wine
Ingredients1. Apple - 1 kg
2. Sugar - 1 kg.
3. Water (boiled then cooled) - 2 ltr.
4. Broken wheat - 1 handful.
- Chope the apple into small pieces, mix with the remaining ingredients and keep in a closed glass container.
- Stirr in odd days, apple pieces will be crushed naturally.
- Filter with a cloth piece, after 18 days
- Keep it again in the container for 1 month. and use.
Mulberry wine
Ingredients1. Mulberry - 1 kg.
2. Water (boiled then cooled) - 4 bottles (1 bottle = 750 ml.)
3. Sugar - 1.5 kg.
4. Yeast - 1 small teaspoon
5. Wheat - 1 handful.
- Wash the mulbery well, and dry it.
- Mix it with the remaining ingredients ans keep it in a closed glass container
- Filter after 3 weeks
